Will this keep all moisture out?

These are not 100% sealed containers. We recommend storing powder in a low humidity environment.

We have never tested this powder bottle with Anti freeze. It is made out of HDPE plastic.

Will this fit on dual volt gun?

No this is simply just a storage bottle. This will not screw directly on to the powder guns.
