Aluminum Spool Guns

We carry spool guns that allow many Eastwood welders to feed aluminum wire for MIG welding aluminum. These spool guns work many of our current MIG and multi-process welders including the MIG 140, MIG 180, MP 250i, and others. Spool guns can also be used on many of our older MIG welders including the MIG 135 and MIG 175. We have spool guns for both 4-inch aluminum wore spools and 8-inch spools.

TIG Torch Coolers

A TIG torch cooler, also known as a TIG torch water cooler, is an accessory used in TIG welding setups to regulate the temperature of the TIG welding torch. These work by circulating a coolant water through the torch to dissipate heat generated during the welding process.

TIG torches can become quite hot during prolonged welding sessions, especially when welding thick materials or at high amperages. Excessive heat buildup in the torch can lead to discomfort for the welder and may even cause the torch components to degrade over time. A TIG torch cooler helps to dissipate this heat efficiently, keeping the torch and surrounding components at a more comfortable temperature.

Excessive heat can accelerate wear and tear on the TIG torch components, such as the ceramic nozzles, collets, and tungsten electrodes. Heat buildup in the TIG torch can also affect welding performance by causing the torch components to overheat or deform, leading to inconsistent arc stability, erratic weld bead appearance, and potential weld defects. A torch cooling system helps prolong the lifespan of TIG consumable parts, and helps to ensure consistent welding performance and high-quality welds

A TIG torch cooler helps to create a more comfortable working environment by reducing the heat radiating from the torch, allowing the welder to focus on the task at hand without being distracted by discomfort or fatigue.
