Well Engineered and manufacturedI bought this to go with the 3 inch polishing buff and pads so that I could get into the tighter areas. I had to find an adapter (5/16-24 to 5/8-16) to use this with my Eastwood polisher. At first I thought that the large polisher might be too much for the small pad, but I was wrong. The small buff was fully controllable doth in direction and pressure. It fits the small pads perfectly. Don't cheap out when it comes to the final steps in your finishing, get the Norton products.
