what kind of reducer can be used? can this product be cut and buffed? what kind of cleanup?

POR-15 Solvent is the only appropriate clean up solvent or coating thinner when painting with a spray gun for most POR-15 coatings.

I have read on a few hotrod forums that Por15 Matte Clear yellows in the sun in a year or less. Is this true?

We have not heard of this happening but we must say that due to the fact that this is an off the shelf product from POR 15 we have not been able to have extensive testing. We do offer our Rat Rod Matte Clear which has UV protection built in.

Can this be used over Eastwood single-stage urethane? Specifically "DEAD RAT BLACK" 52430ZP low-VOC.
