Eastwood tubing bender and diesThe new die set should work as well as the previous sets. The machining is good and the die parts fit the bender as designed.

Nice UnitI need to fight the pin out of the saddle to get the bent tube out, but I figured out a technique to make it work. Probably just that I am using it at its limit on 2" x .120-wall tube.

Fits the Woodward WFB2Bought this to find out if the Woodward Fab and Eastwood tube bending dies were interchangeable. The answer is yes. These dies fit the Woodward Fab WFB2 bender.
Read the other reviews and I can tell you the one where the holding clamp got bent was operator error. If you use the shortest pin it doesn't seat far enough and the bottom will slip off. So make sure you use the correct pin.

advice for soft tubingReading through the reviews I see many questions about bending aluminum and kinking issues. The trick to bending soft materials with any bender is to cap one end of the tube, fill it with sand, then cap the final end. The sand will go around the bend and support the tube from the inside.
"Eastwood 21122, Can this be used with Eastwood 21115 to bend chrome molly 2” pipe?"
Yes, the Eastwood 21115 High-Capacity Tubing Bender can bend chrome-moly tubing up to 2 inches in diameter when used with the appropriate die sets. However, it is important to note that the bending capacity depends on the wall thickness of the tubing. Ensure you are using the correct die set for the specific size and material of the tubing to achieve accurate and smooth bends.

What is the lightest gauge you can bend at 90 degreesWith the 2” die set
Asked by: Raymo
Thanks for you question.
The Eastwood High Capacity Tubing Bender is capable of bending tubing from 1 Inch to 2 Inch OD and Form bends in up to 0.120” wall tubing. Too thin walled and it could kink the bend.

Does the 120 degree die work differently than the 240 and how? Tnx
Asked by: 396mafia
The die does not operate any differently, but you will be limited to 120° or 240° maximum bends. If you need more than 120° of angle definitely go with a 240° die.
