The Eastwood 5/16-inch (8-mm) Spot Weld Drill makes drilling out spot welds for panel removal a less tedious and much safer job. It features an automatic bit advance feature with positive spot-weld cutting depth adjustment and a removable backing hook. The set-screw drill bit retaining design provides convenient and secure cutting bit changes. Its high-torque motor requires just 4-CFM at 90-PSI, meaning you can connect it to pretty much any shop compressor.

Using a spot weld drill cutter is the fastest and easiest way to strip body panels from classic cars during the restoration process.
