EpiX EP Precision Grade abrasive blast media is a medium/fine superoxalloy abrasive, made by 10X Engineered Materials, that cleanly prepares a variety of surfaces including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, and other exotic metals, stone, and concrete, especially where a medium and consistent profile is required. You can utilize this option in any operation ising 46, 54 or 60-grit aluminum oxide. The tempered nature of the product allows it to remove tough coatings, like powder coating, quickly using higher blast pressure and lower feed rate, and is a preferred substitute for aluminum oxide. EpiX is used in dry, vapor, and slurry blasting applications. The product is amorphous and non-detectable for crystalline silica at 0.1% testing limit, generates low dust, and can be recycled up to 10 times. Made from 100% recycled material in the USA.
