Flanger/Punch Tool Pneumatic 7/32"The tool is just what I needed and, did the job as I needed.
Maybe a dumb question, what is a flanger and will it punch holes in a 1960's British car sheet metal?
Asked by: 4Mee
I have used this quite a few times on MG and Sunbeam sheet metal. I have never had complaints other than some of the inner sill repair pieces on an Alpine were a bit too stout to make great flanges but all body metal flanged great

Can I control when to punch a hole? Or does itbpunch a hole every time it closes to make the flange?
Asked by: Richie68
You can control when the unit punches. There is a lever that you depress to activate the unit.

Does this tool require oil lubrication ? If so, how does one accomplish this ?
Asked by: Carguy
This tool does require oil lubrication. A few drops in the air inlet at each use will ensure the tool is lubricated.
