Starlight Blue Powder HotCoat Single Stage Starlight Powder - This one step powder produces a deep, pleasant Medium Blue high gloss finish with special fine metallic sparkle flakes. Polyester formulation. Cure at 350-400ºF for 20 minutes after flow-out occurs.
