Eastwood Motorized Bead Roller Step Roll Kit 1/8 Inch

Add strength, function and style to custom parts with our 1/8-inch step roll die kit. These accessories are a special type of offset die designed for the Eastwood motorized bead roller to form 1/8-inch steps in sheet metal. Doing so increases the structural strength of door panels, fenders, floor pans and other fabricated parts. These steps also make it easier to smoothly overlap metal without a “weak spot” along the joint. In addition to sheet metal, the dies and roller work on steel up to 16 gauge and aluminum up to 14 gauge, giving you other options for improving custom cars.

Eastwood 1/8-inch step dies will fit on the Eastwood Power Bead Roller and other free-standing motorized bead rollers with a 3/4" shaft diameter. This die set is not compatible with the Eastwood 28187 and 32044 Manual Bead Roller.
