Wire Feeder to use with single wobble laser welders (S-head). You should buy one at least, but customers who will be swapping wires frequently often buy more than one, to save time. This is our single spool wire feeder. (If a twin wire feeder is required, check our other listings or ask us)

Wire feeders are a valuable accessory for a laser welder, as they allow filler to be added to fill gaps or add bulk to the weld. However the also allow semi-automation of welding as the wire feed speed pushes the gun along. With minimal practice you only need to guide the gun, resulting in a perfectly consistent weld with the best possible visual quality, as indicated in the image attached.

These accept standard MIG reels up to 12 in. diameter with 2 in. bore in aluminum, stainless and steel.

Rollers are included for wire sizes 0.8, 1.0, 1.2 and 1.6mm (in inches, approximately .030, .035, .045 and .062)

This S-head feeder has a colored touchscreen with two cable inputs, one for control and one power cable with a mains plug.
